The Hunt for PMV - ISDRA
After 4 days of counting PMV with Art Phillips, we counted 77,992 plants
in his representative sites. My guess is that about 40% of the first year
plants will make seeds this season. This is open areas only - not in the
wilderness or closed areas and is only a small cross section of the entire
dune system. That said, unofficially and IMHO, the PMV must number in
the several hundred thousand range.
